Hello! I purchased a Subscription for H1Z1:JS and I'm a returning Customer. I was sent a PayPal receipt but no email from x22 regarding my re-subscription. My only question, does it sometimes take a little longer for your Subscription to be processed as my account still isn't active after a few hours of the purchase. The system is automated. If the payment failed check it on your PayPal account. For any issues, please contact PayPal and ask them on the status of the payment.

Oh ok, and yes i have my receipt, confirmation, and transaction ID.The payment was made and successful around 7 or so hours ago. Is this normal?Waiting for my Subscription to show. As of right now still no luck. I can PM and attach anything if needed. Thank you!

Not much we can do about it. Either you wait it out or contact PayPal.

Yeah haven't received them yet in over 18 Hours, II paid for it, have my receipt from Paypal showing i paid for it. So it's not PayPal. Last time it only took an hour for me to receive my subscription. Is it normal to not receive your paid subscription after this long?

Yes generally it only takes about an hour. (That's how long it was for me) Depends on your payment method. Once Paypal sends x22 the funds then your subscription will reactivate. Like Deadfreak555 said you will have to wait it out or contact Paypal to determine why the delay.

Ok thanks, Paypal sent the money yesterday and completed, I contacted Paypal. They said it is a completed transaction. So im lost at this point. Guess i gotta just wait for x22.

Just Confirmed the Payment Status on my PayPal they said the status is complete and the funds were sent yesterday. Is there anything you guys can do to help me out? x22 shouldn't take this long. If this can't be resolved can i issue a refund, because this is kind of lame. $22.40 was charged and completed out of my account with no Subscription received =/. Bleh. Need someone with Authorization to check my account.

What do you mean? Won't you be able to see that you received my payment?
and that i have yet to receive the cheat? It says I'm still "member" and not customer as well. my payment is already processed and posted. you guys received it.

So as you were told before "The system is automated." So therefore you have to wait it out or check with Paypal. You checked with Paypal and it was completed there. So your only option was to wait....You waited (not patiently lol) and your issue is resolved....funny how that works...Enjoy your hacks :rockon:
