u watcheed wrong he doesend have paypal or moneybookers he asked someone on the forum to help him to get him the cheats he payed a guy for buying him his cheats and he got scammed

Anyhow - You obviously need to provide proof via documentation of your claims. Otherwise it's just hearsay. Contact staff with your proof and see if it's sufficient to do anything.
