steam - community ban - change url however?

Is there a method or a trick that i can change the steam url id from a community banned account?
i mean this: steamcommunity.com/id/name

that i can use my gaming name again.

I cant edit my Profile Settings if my account is community banned, thats why i am asking here for an hack/methid/trick to do this after the account get community banned.
