If you clicked the buy now page, you would have noticed that they are different subscriptions. Just as the game itself.

H1z1 is not 1 game anymore therefore you have to buy 2 subscriptions if you want both KotK and Just Survive cheat. They are not even being developed by the same company atm (i guess)
