Trying to buy but Paypal won't let me.

Sorry if this is the wrong place don't know where else i could post this...

Trying to buy a sub but everytime i go to Paypal i get this message,

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Anybody know what could be causing this? Could it because the currency is in euro and paypal is set up for USD?
