yes but that again is so complicated I've always made with debit and it always worked on, I'm really desperate is this a problem with paypal what is re-solved? or is it more at all?

Strange you could use a debit card on paypal, in my case it only worked with my credit card.
Anyways, i guess you'll have to send the money to your paypal account anyways.
It's the smartest solution, and there's only one you can rely on 100%: Yourself.
