I am looking to buy the mix package with both of the h1z1 cheats but they're not listed in there, how come? is it a bug?

You can't buy h1z1 cheats atm it's in maintance and there is no ETA,don't worry wait for more couple of days.I'm waiting for the cheat too tho :D
