Before purchasing I wanted to know when the GTA 5 cheat was last detected if it ever was

I guess never, because they dont have anti-cheat.

They do have anticheat. I've been banned using other cheat menus on gta.

It's not really an anti-cheat. What you are referring to is mod menus. They have some anti-modding things so they can detect that, but not really an anti-cheat.
