I use x22 very infrequently (I used to play competitively) but nevertheless, I use it at irregular intervals when I'm on break like right now.
I've only been banned twice from the huge ban waves in 2011 and 2014 - both these times could have been avoided had I checked the forums and saw it was detected.
First time set up is relatively hard as there weren't clear instructions to what each functions do, this can be a problem when some functions are detected and you're testing them out. However once you get a feel to everything it's easy to setup and customise to your liking. Aimbot is OK, there are some smooth and legit settings but honestly this is probably biased of me because I can usually tell if someone is aimbotting or not. Trigger works just the way it's supposed to, I've seen people with insane reactions and with trigger it's usually harder to spot. I wouldn't recommend having wallhack/radar on, it's good for info at the beginning of rounds though.
As with all cheats, they're not 100% safe (especially with overwatch now) but I can guarantee the risk is worth it (on smurfs imo) if you know what you're doing. I've never been banned during the time it was undetected and it's great satisfaction with minimal effort.
