csgo question about detection

Hi

when was the last time x22 has been detected by vac? (CSGO, windows 10 x64 only). Does the cheat have overwatch bypass or only vac? I'm thinking about buying it, but need to know these questions first.

no Overwatch bypass
atm. it's safe to use.
