Hello.

I would like to know if the cheats Call of Duty 4 and clean on the record

if i pate /record in my console my demos will be clean ?.

Yes, they will never be shown in demos (except aimbot/nospread etc. if not legit!).
But you won't see a Cheatmenu, except on screenshots, you need to push the panickey (pos1) and then take a screenshot.
Aequitasscreenshots will get cleaned.
