Lifetime xPackage question

Hi,
I'm new here. Site and hacks look great, including the lifetime xPackage.
Questions:
1) Any special requirements? I read that I need USB stick/ partition/ truecrypt/ etc?
2) If I reinstall windows OS (currently 8.1) to 8.1, 10 or 7 ... what's the consequence? (is it allowed, or is it free/how much)
3) What if I add or replace new hardware like GPU, CPU, Mobo, RAM, or PSU? (similar question as above)
4) Can't share hack with other computers on same network, can I?

1. Not really, but a USB stick is recommended.
2. You'll have to request a HWID reset, but our system decides if you have to buy a reset or not.
3. You'll have for sure to buy a reset when changing the CPU or the HDD.
4. No, account sharing / selling is our terms of service and a bannable offense.

To the 4th. Unless you sell it/give it to a friend (different location, network, hardware id) you wont get banned but you have to buy hardware id reset every time you wanna use it on an other pc of yours (on the same network).

No and its 7 euros.
I have xpackage lifetime since 2012 and only had to buy the reset once because changed my whole pc :P

ok so i use this on my desktop just bought the gt 80 gaming laptop is there a way to set it up where you can run it on both or do i have to pay everytime i switch between the two
