hello i have never done anything like this before so pardon my ignorance

if I were to purchase a mystery deal for cs:s it's bound to my physical laptop right? i'll move country soon and obviously the whole IP and internet stuff will be vastly different - will there be any problems?

should I wait until I am over there before purchasing the cheat or does it not matter?

(also wondering when last detection for cs:s was, please)

Last Detection for CS:S was in March, but before for lond run since 2014. Currently is cheat VAC undetected.

No, you have to go through our automated system. You'll have to create a PayPal account or use paysafecard as alternative.
