Private build will release in near future, but I guess only for already released cheats.. even Private build will in single payment for lifetime duration not for recurring payments

price is for unique cheat injector and features on demand.. so basically private = nobody have same loader and features like you want so you will only 1 who get this.. anyone else who pay for it get genuine unique build so its like fingerprints = every guy get his own different cheat loader which reduce detection.. meaning cheat detection will near 0%
