Sorry for re-open the topic, but i just want to know, what does that means?, I mean, nobody can see anything in the fog, you need go to get vision... or put a ward... or send a creep, etc etc, but that is normal playing, so what's the point to use 3D radar? just to differentiate the illusions from the real enemy hero, see the wards and or the invisible heros without a gem or dust or sentries?, I dont want to be annoying but Im confused, can you explain the function of 3d radar? im really interested in the hack, thanks for your time :).

It's not a hack/cheat, but more of a helping tool. You pretty much explained the point of the radar. The whole point of it is to help you visually, the only part that is beneficial is the FOV changer.
