I like to renew my sub and download the client but for some reason my IP is banned

Hi, It has been a while that I haven't logged in the forum, today I wanted to re-sub and download the v2 client but I'm unable to do so since my IP address for some reason has been banned. There is a message at the bottom of the page saying "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" I have to post this message using a Proxy, can you please unban the IP so I can place the order, thanks.

did u used Tor Browser? Sometimes happend to me too via Tor or some VPN but using Chrome or Opera everything works fine

IP's that are banned are associated with ddos and other crappy tactics. We won't unban an IP, so don't bother to defend it. Thread closed.
