can not pay with paypal

Hello,
I have a Problem ich cant pay with Paypal.
paypal say my to Add a bank but i have it and also try a other bank from my wife both dosnt work
But i pay evrything with my paypal since a few years ! !

ps Sry for my english i am a German Gamer :-)

have you tried to add money instantly on paypal? you don't have to have a credit card attached to paypal for it to work
