The hack has been available for sale for a long time. It's release date was months ago... You are able to buy it whenever you decide to.

currently the status is "locked", what this means is the hack wont run because it is detected, x22 is currently making a few version undetected, this is not released yet.

You can probably purchase it if you want to, though not recommended, as you have to wait for a while when a new version will be released. VAC2 is hunting like hell.
