auto renew membership

I received this mail:
Your access to the paid subscription "BRONZE Membership" is about to expire. (21 oct)


If you have selected a recurring subscription you will be automatically billed for the renewal, else to renew this subscription you must visit xxxxxxxxxxx

How can I stop this auto renew? I can't see any option to stop this. 1st time I payed with paypal.

We don't offer recurring subscriptions. If that was changed, its disabled by default.
