You dont click apply...you choose what package you want...you put in coupon code and click order...you should see price change at checkout....

I dont know about their coupon codes.....I doubt it but could be wrong....I do know you can use the current halloween one... -15% with this coupon: PUMPKIN2K16!!

you also mentioned your hwid changes a lot....heres the thing...once u use it it will record your current HWID....generally you wont have to do a HWID reset unless you acutally change hardware....sometimes upgrading certain hardware will trigger it....if it says ur HWID is incorrect...you request via xclient and do what it says...there is no way around that so something you will have to deal with...as we all do.....IP doesnt matter for xclient...most of us use VPN anyways...

I said my hwid changes often, I know it's not related to my IP I'm talking about my hardwaire id

If you are changing your mobo, cpu, etc. every other week then yes. Normal customers don't do that.
