I can't buy HWID reset via paypal. I have credit card but I think we dont have skrill or something. Can some mod be middleman ?

well, I have liftime pack and I can't use it cuz HWID thing and I have money but in my country we can't use paypal/paysafecard restrictions.

So what can I do as customer ?
