i need help cause you boy deadfreak dont answer at last !!!

I TOLD THEM THAT I BUY THE BRONZE PACK (WITH THE BTF 1 cheat) I PAY WITH PAYSAFE AFTER I DOWNLOAD THE CLIENT TRY TO CONECT AND MY USERNAME WAS WRONG?! ok?ok.
after i go to you page and loook that i dont any pack buy !!!wtf is that pls

i told that to deadfreak and he told me:
Our payment system is automated. I don't see any recent payment, so it probably failed. Contact PaySafeCard to solve the issue with them.

BUT

look at the picture is you webshop id they payment dont failed so i want the bronze pack and you stuff friend dont answer me about that nothing:S wtf :(
