Questions about CS:GO cheat

hii, im willing to buy csgo cheat but i have a few questions.

1: do i need to download other programs to get the cheat working?
2: does it gives me fps drops/decrease?

1) you only need download xClient as an injector of x22 cheats
2) depends features.. some of them consume more FPS but in general no problems with it

EDIT: can i play faceit, ESEA with x22?

yes u can play faceit, but you have to enable Smac Bypass in your cheat options.
and no you cant play ESEA with x22
