x22 detectable?

at first sorry for my bad english^^
I would like to buy x22 radar hack for css but a mate told me that its unsafe and detected by aequitas 1.0.3. Well, is it still detectable or was it updated?

Also the xInstanthook is detected right now, but the xRadar is still clean.

the hack isnt detected by aequitas but its detected by VAC, Not Sure but many bans reported?(xIH and xRadar?).
The hack isnt undetectable its just 99% Undetected.
