(CSS) Last detection & Feature Questions

I was mainly going to use this cheat for combat surf, since I was mainly attracted to this cheat because of this user's thread: http://shop.x22cheats.com/showthread.php?35822-CSS-xInstanthook-Surf-Preview-amp-Settings
I was wondering, since these settings are so old, would they still be able to use, if I manually copied the settings onto the cheat?

Also does no-spread bypass SMAC and what features don't?

If anyone could answer this for me, would be awesome!

That post is far too old and those settings may cause conflicts. However you can still set it up to do what you want.

When was the cheat last detected and what features bypass SMAC?

i think SMAC bypass lower your aimangle, restrict the access to anti aim and silent aim but idk

Last detection was around march for CSS. As for SMAC, just disable features, it's server sided so nothing to bypass. You have to make yourself look legit.
