Why can't i pay with my Mastero card , just *** paysafe and paypal ?

Yes order what you want, then on paypal, at the paypal screen pick create an account, (down the bottom) it will then ask for all of your credit card information and email address..
Very simple process.. and it is secure through paypal.. you can even use a pre paid card with paypal they do not care, if you are worried about security.
as long as paypal accepts the card the funding will go through..
Once you purchase you will be able to download the loader....

I know how to make a paypal , thing is it is not accepting my CC for some reason , seems like there's no cheating this year as i cant get no paysafes .

Are you in the usa? just go to the local walmart and grab a prepaid there and load funds on it.. then when you need to buy more shit you just go load the card again..
this way if it gets hacked or stolen you have nothing on it to worry about as it will be empty

5th time trying to get that paypal acc working , but still nothing , i just dont get the ideea , like why cant i pay with Mastero , i remember in 2012 before loosing my account , i bought using Mastero without a problem . So annoying , and unfair for me shut ..
