Missing CSGO subscription

I had purchased "Product: CSGO Cheats - VIP Subscription - Subscription: Lifetime" a while ago and used it for a good period of time. The subscription on my account seems to have been removed from my account and i am unsure as to why,

I updated the thread with the image of my PM from x22 after i purchased the lifetime for the CSGO VIP sub
There may have been an error on the system, if so can the subscription please be readded back to my account
