At the moment there is no ETA and no feature list, but these screenshots posted x22 a few weeks ago:

We have no ETA right now, nor did we mention the exact features. However it is more rage focused, so if you don't care about rage features, then v3 is just fine for you.

Should be soon, since the coupon code has been here for a longg time unless someone else knows how long an average coupon code lasts :P
