So I am trying to buy the Black Ops 3 lifetime cheat and when I go to buy it it comes up with an error saying "Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." I called Pay-Pal and they said their security system is triggering from the site because it is apparently "dangerous". What should I do? My Pay-Pal account is fully verified with my card, bank account, and SSN. What should I do? *I can provide a picture of the message if you guys want to see it*

what about Error Message number? did you tried follow an article what they gave you or google what error code meaning? did you used VPN during payment process?

No there was no error message number and they told me that I should just wait a few days and see if it works which I already did I have waited for about a week now. And no I was not using a VPN. Should I?

Don't use a VPN for purchases ever. It'll only cause more problems. The problem is in relation to your account, payment method, or your bank. There is not much we can do for you other than recommend PaySafeCard. I do suggest you contact PayPal since the problem lies with them for sure.

It happened to me a few months ago then it went away on its own now it's back to doing that. Is there away you guys can send a invoice or bill for TF2 to my paypal so i can pay like that?

No, it's not. You have to use our automated payment system.
