If you are really the initial owner of the account and you can prove that it is yours with PayPal payment for instance then I'm sure deadfreak can help you, otherwise yes you have to buy a new account.

If you think just the id is enough then try contacting deadfreak, but obviously provide him more information than you did in this thread (acc name, email etc.)
