hi , i have on my paypal wallet 62$ but i not have a credit card , when i go to buy a hack , he tell me to put my credit card ...but i not have 1 .Who can i purchase with my paypal wallet (or without credit card)? (sorry for bad eng.)

You still need a back up payment attached to PayPal. This is a paypal issue and not related to us. If you don't like it then use another payment method.
