1. Does the UT99 xRadar work with TO3.4? Same game engine, most hooks works on both games (expecially radars).
2. How does the suscribtion works? When it goes off, i need to pay again for use the hook, or i just have no more acces to the forum/update functions, but still can play with the old one which i bought?

2. You have to pay again.. if your sub is expired, you can't use it anymore..

I don't know about the first question,

but the second,
when your subscription runs out, you will not receive any updates and loose your access and you will have to purchase the subscription again
it is not automatic re-newal

No, the cheat does not work for Tactical OPS, that is a totally different game, it doesn't matter if they use the same engine.
