Delay on purchase?

Hello x22 Admins!
I just purchased the MW3 cheat about 30-45 minutes ago and I have yet to receive the cheat.
I used PayPal, however, I paid with Debit/Credit through PayPal. Is there a certain time I should wait before receiving my purchased cheat?

PayPal should be instant. Are you sure the payment was successful?

The payment was successful. Like I said, when I checked out using PayPal, I selected use a Debit/Credit Card instead of using a paypal account to pay for the purchase. I checked my bank account and the money was taken from my account.
