Reset?

I switched the PC and would like to download the Loader again.
I know, my HWID switch's than. But as i bought my cheat, the information "1 Free HWID Reset after buying"
Now i tryed to reset my HWID and it said it got rejected. And i dont Pay for something i should get free.
Can anyone help?!
(Edit: I just want to use my shit cheat..)
(Edit-Edit: And Btw have never used a HWID reset.)

The subscription is nearly 1 Year old i guess.. i have never used the hwid reset i got and havent played the last 8 month..should i still ask..? (I just want to play damnit..)

That 1 free HWID reset is just for platinum & diamond package users.

Why I got that message with the HWID reset than? I mean.. As I've bought that it was the 4th July. There some things where different.

You don't have any free reset applied to your account. That's only for Diamond customers. In your case request a HWID reset in xClient and read the message.
