Is one HWID Reset by Bronze free ?

Hallo,

I want to buy a 1 Month subscription again.

Its some time ago i had it and i think my account is bundled to my other PC.

When i buy now a bronze subscription can i reset my HWID for for free to my other PC ?

When its now working, should i create a new account for my other PC ? is multiple accounts allowed on x22 ?
