From what I have heard and read on the site it is because Battleye is a pain in the a$$ and they don't want to deal with the customers being banned..

Isn't more than BE is "easy" to bypass, but doesn't stay bypassed that much?
So selling a cheat which need update every weeks, or lead to custoimers bans every 1-2 weeks isn't good at alll for buisness

Because of BE. Its hard to maintain. It will most likely be done via private builds but thats up for the future.

Simply because it will result in you being banned. We like risks, but don't want to ruin our reputation of being undetected, just to run into a cat and mouse game right now. We have done that back in the day, but we don't have the sufficient tools, techniques, and skills needed right now to engage Battleye. We will tackle that giant in the future though :).

FairFight is server sided, BE is not. That's one key difference and based on that you can think of the rest. Point being it's not the same thing.
