How to get Rocet League items and crates faster?

Hi, I play Rocket League on PC and PS4, I'm interested in cheats or spoils to get RL items faster. What it depends on? Do I win? Even if I lose a match, I sometimes get some item or crate. I would like to win them faster, especially crates.
