Is there a problem with the payment on x22's side or is it just my side of things? Because I can't purchase, and I do have the money on my account.

Hes not online at the moment, so that is kind of a futile endeavor. I will keep checking the forum, If I see him go online I'll shoot him a PM.

No point to contact me for such things. Contact PayPal as it states. The issue is between you and them.

Is it my PayPal account then? I tried purchasing from two different internet connections.
But nonetheless, I will look into it.

EDIT:
I fixed the issue by transfering money into my PayPal account and paying with PayPal balance instead of directly from my card.
