I try to buy it via paypall but when i click on ordder button ---> error on paypall appeared saying this service unavable contact with seller. What should i do ?

but its in RUS. It says Unfortunatly cant finish your operation now . Come back to sellers page and chose another method of payment

seems like Paypal Issue, even when the say it isnt. Try again with Money deposited on your Paypal Account.

The amount of tabs you have open is frightening.
What payment method did you use to order your Master Package? Is that same payment method giving you this error?
You can add funds to your paypal by transferring funds from your bank account to your paypal balance or by using Green Dot at the Register.
Green Dot at the Register lets you pay cash at certain stores to load funds onto your paypal account, depending on what country you live in.
I'm in the U.S so I can use Green Dot at stores like 7/11 or Rite Aid. These are just examples and may not work in your country.

just get the paypal bank information from your paypal acc then go to your bank and tell them u want to send money from your bank account to your paypal account -> after 1-5 days (in germany) u have the ammount of money on your paypal account than u can play agan with paypal. this is a security think. paypal do this to paypal account who scam or do something else wrong so paypal dont take money from your registered bank acc anymore you need to do it manual
