Hey,
Will keep this straight to the point and give my thoughts after using the hack for several games.
Pros :
- Orbwalker is amazing for kiting and attacking champions.
- Last hitting works well if you use it properly and some knowledge of last hitting manually.
- Seeing summoner spells on the scoreboard is an incredibly useful features.
- Spell + Summoner CD's above champions is also awesome.
- Jungle timers are awesome.
- Seeing the enemy wards is very accurate and useful.
Cons :
- Very limited selection of champions.
- The target selection and focus is not very good, at least in my brief usage, perhaps I need to have a fiddle with the settings and find what works for me a bit more.
- The jungle timer text on the minimap is tiny and I find it hard to see in a pinch.
Conclusions :
Decent hack which has a lot of potential but also has quite a way to go (mostly in terms of adding new champions), if you're an experienced or semi-experienced player and have good game knowledge this tool will be far more useful to you. The awareness features are very useful such as being able to see enemy CD's, wards and the such if you're smart about how you play using this information you will play a lot better than you usually do with that information alone.
I will put another review in the future when I am more versed in using the hack.

As long as you're smart about when you use hotkeys to farm, when you hit the minions manually to line them up. you're set and the orb walking is amazing.
Upon further testing I find the target nearest to mouse works best for focusing the correct target.
