im trying to purchase the league of legends lifetime cheat. but when i use pay pal and use cc through pay pal it tries to make me make a pay pal account. i do not want a pay pal account. why cant you just pay with cc and not create a pay pal account like you used to be able to do?

because PayPal need verify than CC which you using is yours

You need a valid account with a valid credit card and PayPal needs to verify it.

well ive paid other places without having to make a pay pal account, ive done it for years. not sure why you cant here...
