if u pay with your paypal f.e. u got an transaction id from paypal like a bill to show it if something went wrong and this transaction id is what deadfreak need to check if its x22 sided, but i am sure u failed at the payment or didnt read something or ur side

if u bought it year ago than u logged into a wrong acc.. because u are member and not a customer or u bought for some cheat witch is discontinued now. for a cheat replacement pm deadfreak
