The Error Message: We cant Complete your Order in this moment. After this error i Called Paypal ( Bcrs i have the money on this Account) they told me this shop is Blocked at the Moment. I dont know what is Right, this is the Only Information i get.

But i cant try it later when no other Option is Aviable.

In germany u cant add more then 1 psc at payment so u need to use the vip card and add thos pcs's to it than u can pay with this vip card

So, the Payment is Complete. Thank you for the Really fast Support here. Yes They told me that, but i called Paypal again and a other Employee think its a System Bug. So i think its just a Problem with the Paypal System.
