dear support,

i've bought the 1 month cheat for css in October 2017. I still have the programs installed but did not use it since a few months.

now i bought the lifetime version (payment was successful) but if i try to log in with old software from october, it tells me "incorrect username".

i do not want to install the exe again, because then i will loose my settings ?!

how to use it now again? there are important changes since Oktober 17?

What is the transaction id? Because i don't see any payment from you.

Edit:
Ok it's normal, i see your BitPay transaction. It needs to be confirmed by the bitcoin network and then you'll be able to use the cheat.

thanks for your answer. the exe i've downloaded to start the hack is from october 2017. that is no problem? Version 1.0.8.4
now i still get the message when i log in "Error: Username incorrect". this will dissapear if bitcoin transaction is completed?

yes after this ( http://shop.x22cheats.com/images/aria/ranks/member.png ) turning into this ( http://shop.x22cheats.com/images/aria/ranks/Customer.png ) under ur name u need to wait 30-60 min. to sync ur data with the user database than you can login to ur xclient
