Password incorrect

Hi, iam VIP (Diamond) lifetime user. I wanted to update my client. Logged successfully on main site, but logging on forum is impossible due to "Wrong Username or Password" message. Did password reset, but it helps not. Please assist to solve this issue with my account. Thank you in advance.

Are you kidding me? Ofcause not. I must to create new account to post my problem. And the problem is that i cannot login under my actual account, password is rejected even after reset.

You didn't bother to explain that or even give us the username of the account with an issue. Do forgot password and wait for it to sync the change, then try again.

I did'nt give my actual username cause i don't know if that okay with privacy regulations of this forum. On someones it's forbidden, and it must be given only via PM between moderator and user. And no, i did'nt forgot my password, it just have been rejected, so the new reseted password has been rejected. That is the issue. Affected username is: Unixoid.

Yes, exactly. I did managed to login on forum successfully. However, now if i try to login in client with my new password, then i receive warning message: "Error: Password incorrect", but if i try to login with my old reset password thus i receive warning message: "Error: Hardware ID incorrect".

Hardware ID (HWID) reset has been rejected as well.

There are 3 options for you:

* The system dorked for a sec or didn't sync and you didn't change your pc or hardware on it, in that case pm deadfreak on your active account (forum). Try clicking on the request HWID reset button, if nothing changed it'll grant you the reset.
* You did change pc or Hardware thus have to buy a HWID reset.
* You did change pc or Hardware thus have to buy a HWID reset but didn't want to do that so came up with an "excuse" trying to circumvent the system which will prolly result in Deadfreak laughing and telling you to do option 2.

disclaimer: any changes you make via the forum have to sync to the client as well and can take up to 30 mins, as in new purchases, HWID resets, pw changes,..
