Any ETA on paypal returning?

Stripe doesnt accept discover card (which is my bank) and there are no retailers near me in the states for paysafe. Are there any resellers that accept paypal for a silver level cheat? Previously I purchased a silver level with paypal but it was removed prior therefore I cannot purchase anything for the moment.

I believe I saw a post like this recently and it was answered by Deadfreak saying that it's unlikely that it'll return or that there actually is no ETA, they were having some problems with Paypal.

We will try to get Paypal back but it's not guaranteed. It might never happen.
for now use one of the alternate methods.
