Compensation?

I had more days to use the League of Legends cheat when patch 8.13 came out and the cheat was down for a few days, was told we'd get these days compensated, but my subscription ended on 3rd of July without those days being compensated?
Did you go back on your word or did I have to post/do something to get those days compensated?

I'm pretty certain that you're only compensated if x22 cant patch it within a couple of days, that has been my experience with it. So if its down for a week, you get a week type of deal.

It happens when the subscription expires before it is extended...
