So i was trying to buy the bronze subscription but my card got declined so I tried again and it accepted it but im still being charged twice. Can the staff help me with a refund or cancel the payment while its pending.

you would have to wait till its posted pending charge don't mean that it will charged you 2 times

if HiPay charged you and you recived nothing you might have forgot to enable 3D-Secure the money should be refunded within the next 2 weeks
