    and my acc dont have a active subscibtion !

    can someone help me ?

    i have the same issue. did u payed with sofort? Takes up couple Hours / Days... annoying. 2 Years ago all worked in about 5 minutes.
    The subscription is payed with your Account which u used in the Forum here and not the payment email

    You are right, otherwise it would be much faster. But if it's not a problem then I'll wait a little longer and otherwise I'll get back to you here

    im waiting too.. its annoying. In discord support noone helps me, since 3-4 Hours .. its a bit dissapointing, i have x22 better remembered 2 years ago.
