Unable to purchase

I am from the US. and cannot purchase the silver tier membership using paysafecard. I have funds in my playsafe account. But I just realized that there was a post saying playsafecard USD payments are not accepted.

• PaySafeCard EUR (online PaySafeCards are not accepted)
• PaySafeCard USD (online PaySafeCards are not accepted)
• Payssion (Crypto, Qiwi, Webmoney)
• VIPCard

What am I doing wrong? How can i get membership access? Ive only tried the playsafecard method, so if I cannot use these funds on my playsafecard account for my silver subscription, would anyone here be willing to trade me ? or walk me through on how I can gain the silver membership access? Thank you.
